Kapunda Plants reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any point in the future. Please re-read these terms, at time of purchase.
- It is the customers (“buyers”) responsibility to double check that the items they place in the shopping basket are the exact items and quantity they wish to purchase.
- The customer (“buyer”) acknowledges that delivery should take up to three working days, once an order is processed. If there is a standard delay on orders, a notice will appear on the website shopping pages. This will announce the next delivery date.
- The customer (“buyer”) acknowledges that if an order is placed after midday (GMT), this won’t be processed until the next working day.
- Each order is to the maximum value of £12.00, plus £2.50 for postage and packaging.
- The customer (“buyer”) acknowledges that all sales are to the amount in GBP (£).
- The customer (“buyer”) acknowledges that Kapunda Plants (“seller”) will only post to UK addresses ONLY. Purchases made in error for overseas addresses, will be refunded within a reasonable period of time and which will incur an administration charge.
- Kapunda Plants (“seller”) is a UK based company, but is not registered for VAT. As such, no VAT is added to any purchases.
- Kapunda Plants (“seller”) aims to portray the images on the website, as the likeness found on the cards and postcards (without the watermark). The customer (“buyer”) acknowledges that the contrast may however slightly vary, depending on web browser used and the light settings on a particular computer.
- The customer (“buyer”) has the right to ask for a full reimbursement (minus postage and packaging costs), if they are unhappy with their purchase. For this to happen, Kapunda Plants (“seller”) must receive the item(s) back in a new, unopened condition.
- The customer (“buyer”) acknowledges that if an order is not received or is damaged, Kapunda Plants (“seller”) will be notified by email within two weeks of purchase. Email: kapundaplants@hotmail.co.uk
